Kiln formed glass, 87cm x 152cm x 15cm

The fragility of glass combined with folds echoing the impermanence of paper is intended to evoke notions of an ephemeral landscape. Encouraging the viewer to consider man’s effect on global warming and its resulting rising tides, the work ponders the transitory nature of human existence and becomes a place for quiet contemplation.
