Hard to Swallow is an expression of evolutionary processes and the desecration that occurs when species are made extinct by human activities. The work was created entirely from found objects (wood, seedpods and kangaroo bones), handmade natural pigments (ochres, saps, bark washes, charcoal and pitch) and pyrography.
